If it is not possible for you to visit our shop, you can also make your purchase remotely. We will communicate our bank details and, after receiving the payment, we will send the watch to the address you indicate, quickly (DHL, UPS etc.) and insured. The cost of regular national and EU shipments is already included in the price. Normally transit time will be 2-4 days; if you need a more urgent delivery, the buyer will bear the difference in costs. Bonnie Watches will not be responsible for any customs or import taxes or procedures. Make sure your country does not apply import restrictions. VAT is already included in the price and is not deductible as it is subject to the Special Regime for Used Goods (REBU).

When you buy a watch from us, it will have passed all the requirements that the Law requires, in addition to a review to verify its correct operation. Your purchase will be accompanied by the corresponding invoice and the Bonnie Watches 1-year warranty card if the watch no longer has the original manufacturer's warranty. Improper use or manipulation by third parties will be outside our guarantee. Any repairs under our guarantee will be carried out by our technicians.

For remote purchases, the return of an item that does not meet the specifications announced on our website (except for different agreements with the client) will be accepted within a period of fifteen days from the shipment, the expenses being the responsibility of the buyer, who must notify immediately and in writing of his intention to return his purchase. Once we have verified that everything is correct, we will proceed to the full refund of the amount.
